Responsibilities
- Support sales and profit performance by utilizing tools and resources to drive selling
- Execute company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
- Engage customers through in store and alternative shopping channels such as glad ly click to zoom and ship to home
- Maintain productivity through effective store execution and merchandising
- Assist with stockroom, dressing room, and sales floor tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs
- Operate register and support cashwrap as needed
- Network and support talent sourcing and community outreach
Requirements
- Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high volume specialty environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
- Ability to operate point of sale systems and perform register duties
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts or travel
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
