Summary
Support daily store operations by managing shipping and receiving, inventory control, back stock organization, repairs processing, and store maintenance. Partner with store leadership to ensure stock accuracy, timely inter-store transfers, and compliance with visual and operational standards. Assist the sales floor and take on projects to drive business performance at the Sawgrass Outlet location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure accurate timely shipments
- Process inter-store transfers and check in new merchandise
- Maintain and organize back stock to support the sales team
- Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation
- Assist with visual display implementation and merchandising standards
- Manage store supplies and ensure proper inventory of bags receipts and materials
- Oversee daily store cleaning maintenance and coordinate repair calls
- Support the sales floor and complete additional projects as directed
Requirements
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and word processing and familiarity with JDA
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Proven ability to drive results and meet objectives
- Talent for managing coaching and developing a team
- Ability to react quickly and prioritize tasks effectively
