Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Associate at Balenciaga Southpark, you will play a crucial role in achieving daily business objectives by managing shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, and maintaining store supplies. You will also support the back office and sales floor as needed, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.
  • Maintain inventory levels of store supplies and ensure proper organization of stock.
  • Process and track repairs in partnership with retail management.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Implement visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Support the sales floor and manage store maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
