Stock Associate - Valley Fair

The Stock Associate at JC Valley Fair plays a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for all Jimmy Choo clients by managing inventory and supporting the store team. This position involves maintaining stockroom organization, ensuring product standards, and assisting with sales floor operations.

• Support store teams in maximizing the shopping experience for all JC clients.
• Assist in processing all inventory movements and implementing shipment standards.
• Ensure floor sets, cleanliness, and stock room organization are maintained.
• Ship customer goods, corporate documents, or repairs in a timely manner.
• Run Negative On Hand report and communicate any issues to the manager.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and missing tickets.
• Complete damages, price changes, and markdowns as required.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and perform stock checks.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure styles are represented on the sales floor.
• Protect company assets by adhering to Loss Prevention procedures.
• Restock Cash Desk Supplies and assist on the sales floor as necessary.
• Demonstrate superior customer service practices to maximize sales.

• 1+ years of experience in a retail stock associate role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of inventory management and operational skills.
