Stock Associate - Woodbury

Summary

Support store operations by maintaining back-of-house functions at the Woodbury outlet. Perform shipping and receiving, process transfers and client orders, and assist the sales team to maintain visual and cleanliness standards. Report to the Store Manager and help prepare for inventories and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards
• Receive and ship product deliveries and communicate discrepancies to management
• Process internal transfers and client orders in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies and adjustments
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• 1+ years retail experience with back-of-house responsibilities
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office navigation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing ladders
