Summary
The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales teams to execute operational duties and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring company procedures are followed. This role oversees shipping and receiving, supports stock associates, and provides customer service related to repairs and returns.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
- Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Direct staff for store inventories and partner with stock associates
- Maintain stock both back of house and front of house to operations guidelines
- Achieve and maintain inventory level accuracy including UPT updates
- Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and back of house operations
- Provide customer service related to repairs and return of merchandise
- Adhere to company operational policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
- Prior luxury retail experience preferred
- Proven experience in inventory management and availability reporting
- Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
- College degree preferred
- Authorization to work in the country of employment
- Ability to work overtime and varied hours including standing and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail leadership and communication skills
