You will ensure inventory accuracy across digital platforms and uphold loss prevention standards.
Responsibilities- Manage stock to maximize productivity.
- Understand all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution.
- Handle merchandise received directly from vendors.
- Manage inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Process client purchases, consignments, and charge sends to other locations.
- Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Input and process all authorized merchandise into inventory through the Computer System.
- Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to Store policies.
- Control shortage through inventory management.
- Ensure proper ticketing and sensor standards.
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure e-commerce inventory levels are accurate and updated across platforms.
- Support the processing of online returns and restocking procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product listings and availability are current.
- Maintain packaging standards for all e-commerce shipments in line with brand guidelines.
Requirements- 2+ years of retail operations experience.
- Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Overall organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally integrated retail environment.
