Stock Manager - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Stock Manager oversees stockroom operations and inventory processes for the Rodeo Drive store. This role manages receiving, repairs, reconciliations, supplies, reporting, and store maintenance coordination while supporting the sales floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping, receiving, merchandise processing, and inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain stockroom organization, and prepare annual inventory.
• Coordinate repairs, supplies, store opening and closing procedures, and maintenance needs.
• Ensure costs align with budget and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support the sales floor and complete additional projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of operational experience in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and familiarity with JDA.
• Strong communication, organizational, commercial awareness, and business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and move bulk merchandise, and drive results.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.
