Stock Manager - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Stock Manager oversees stock management, inventory accuracy, and stockroom organization at the store. This role leads the stock team, supports the selling process, and minimizes stock losses while ensuring company procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate stock team activities, distribute tasks, and coach and supervise staff.
• Oversee merchandise uploads, transfers, receiving corrections, back stock organization, product preparation, repairs, and dispatches.
• Manage cycle counts and the full inventory process, reconcile results, and report findings to Corporate.
• Maintain stockroom security, cleanliness, safety, supplies, visual props, and store maintenance follow-up.
• Coordinate ecommerce distribution and support store performance and sales targets.

Requirements

• Professional communication, digital literacy, computer literacy, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to meet business scheduling needs.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes, move stock, and stand or walk during shifts.
