Client Advisor - Beverly Center

Summary

Serve as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through the Prada experience and delivering memorable luxury service. Build lasting client relationships, understand individual needs, and contribute to sales and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients, providing an exceptional in-store experience and personalized recommendations.
• Capture client information in the CRM and develop relationships for future sales opportunities.
• Promote omnichannel engagement, cross-sell across departments, and work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge, shop-floor presentation, operational standards, and store security.
• Collaborate with colleagues and address client concerns, involving the line manager when needed.

Requirements

• Passion for sales, luxury fashion, and the managed product category.
• Interest in art and design, with experience building long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, resilient, ambitious, results-driven, and skilled at problem-solving.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
