Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering outstanding client service and achieving individual sales goals. This role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise, selling ceremonies, and a strategic, client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Build lasting client relationships and apply product knowledge and selling ceremonies.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to boutique performance.
• Follow store security procedures and operate the equipment needed for the role.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong business drive and passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
