Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Manager at Balenciaga Woodbury Commons, you will oversee all operational processes related to stock management, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and procedures. You will play a key role in inventory control, loss prevention, and maintaining the safety and sustainability of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise stock organization and ensure timely placement of merchandise on the floor.
  • Optimize warehouse management for efficient stocking of goods.
  • Prepare annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
  • Handle administrative procedures related to merchandise flow and transfers.
  • Ensure safety measures for products and valuable materials in the back of house.
  • Lead and develop the stock team, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in managing stock.
  • Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
