Stock Manager - Wynn Las Vegas

Summary

The Stock Manager is responsible for managing stockroom operations and inventory KPIs to support the selling process and minimize stock losses. This role implements corporate and Store Operations guidelines, oversees daily goods receipt and SAP product flow tracking, and ensures the security and organization of the stock facility. The Stock Manager leads, trains and evaluates the stock team and coordinates staff activities in partnership with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during all handling processes.
• Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise per corporate procedures and prepare product for the shop floor and special areas.
• Organize, perform and manage product counting and stock takes.
• Track product flow through the SAP system and manage markdown-related stockroom activities.
• Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries according to guidelines and deadlines.
• Optimize and organize stockroom space and ensure cleaning and security of the stock facility.
• Train, manage, coach and evaluate the stock team; plan and distribute staff tasks and responsibilities.
• Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff in accordance with the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Organized, detail oriented, mature and assertive approach to stock operations.
• Experience with inventory systems (SAP) and stock control procedures.
• Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Interest in luxury, fashion, art and design; English is required and other languages are a plus.
