Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Runner at Hermès San Francisco, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Team and enhancing the client experience by efficiently managing stockrooms and assisting the Sales Team during peak seasons.

Responsibilities
  • Organize stockrooms and put away new deliveries daily.
  • Retrieve items for the sales team and clients during peak seasons.
  • Maintain clean, neat, and organized stockrooms.
  • Provide excellent service by quickly locating merchandise and retrieving additional sizes, colors, and options.
  • Deliver and move products between floors as needed.
  • Engage clients with a friendly and warm attitude.
  • Ensure all merchandise is stocked and replenished efficiently.
  • Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
  • Work across multiple floors and product categories to support client and sales team requests.
  • Assist selling team with stock and size questions.
  • Organize stock to optimize workflow and space utilization.
  • Complete operational tasks related to inventory and transfers.
  • Support the shipping and receiving team with daily new receipts.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
