Job Description

Summary

The Stock Supervisor oversees inbound and outbound merchandise operations and maintains organization of back of house stock and supply areas to maximize store productivity. This role supports client advisors, ensures efficient replenishment of the selling floor, and acts as a brand ambassador while performing key holder duties if required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stockroom organization and supervise flow of goods between storage and shop floor
  • Ensure receipt, tagging, deliveries and timely processing of products and supplies
  • Oversee replenishment activities to minimize client wait times and maintain display readiness
  • Plan and participate in inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention and mark-downs
  • Control transfers, inter-store movements, returns to vendor and outgoing packages
  • Train and support stock keepers on system and stockroom guidelines
  • Communicate daily business trends and stock rotations to store team and corporate
  • Manage store materials, supplies, packaging and coordinate supplier orders and invoicing
  • Support cash procedures and assist cashier team when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Experience with women's and men's ready to wear merchandise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and results-driven orientation
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of inventory control and loss-prevention practices
  • Competence with shipping, receiving and stockroom procedures
