Stock Supervisor - Houston Premium Outlet

As a Stock Supervisor at the Houston Premium Outlet, you will lead the back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient stock management and supporting the store team to exceed customer expectations. You will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operational excellence.

• Ensure the stockroom and sales floor meet company visual and cleanliness standards.
• Support the store team in exceeding customer expectations.
• Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.

• 4+ years of retail experience with a focus on operational responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellence and exceed client expectations.

• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in operating a POS and Microsoft Office suite.
