Stock Supervisor

As a Stock Supervisor in Houston, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure optimal preparedness for the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and identifying areas of opportunity for store operations and allocation teams. You must have a keen attention to detail, be tech-savvy, and possess exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Manage supply and inventory to prevent overage and maintain budgets, ensuring accuracy through RFID and stock management systems.
• Handle merchandise, executing all shipment receiving and processing procedures to floor-ready standards and maintaining customer goods.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise the daily activities of the Sales Support Team where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, working with store management to determine the most efficient layout.
• Ensure compliance with all store/company policies and procedures, meeting expectations as defined on the Store Process Dashboard.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
