Summary
Responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound merchandise and maintaining organized back of house stock areas to support store productivity and compliance with corporate procedures. Acts as the primary point person for receiving, replenishment, inventory control, loss prevention, and training of stock associates while representing the brand in daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom supporting sales floor replenishment and product availability.
- Oversee receiving processes including verifying quantities, tagging, documentation, and processing incoming merchandise and deliveries.
- Manage stock movements such as inter store transfers, returns to vendor, damages, consignments, and client deliveries.
- Supervise flow of goods between stockroom and sales floor including rotation and preparation of new items for display.
- Lead and participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and bi annual inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels daily and communicate discrepancies or rotation needs to management.
- Support loss prevention initiatives and track unknown markdowns and inventory issues.
- Provide training and onboarding for new stock associates on systems and procedures.
- Assist with store operations tasks including supplies management, cash procedures, and occasional key holder duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury operations and inventory control experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Leadership capabilities with experience training or supervising team members.
- Understanding of loss prevention practices and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to manage receiving, shipping, documentation, and stockroom organization.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with corporate and vendors.
