Job Description

Summary

The Stock Supervisor for the Dallas NorthPark Center boutique oversees inbound and outbound merchandise and maintains an organized, efficient stockroom to support store productivity. This role ensures accurate receiving, timely replenishment to the sales floor, inventory control, and supports loss prevention while training and leading stock associates. The supervisor also assists with general store operations and may serve as a key holder depending on store structure.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and supervise all stockroom organization, back-of-house areas, and inventory workflows.
  • Oversee receiving processes: verify quantities, tagging, documentation, and processing of incoming merchandise and non-retail shipments.
  • Coordinate replenishment to the sales floor, article rotation, preparation of new items, and inter-store transfers.
  • Manage stock movements including RTVs, damages, consignments, and client deliveries; maintain shipping/receiving paperwork.
  • Lead and participate in inventory counts and cycle counts; track discrepancies and support loss prevention initiatives.
  • Train and mentor stock associates on systems, procedures, and stockroom standards; participate in daily store meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of luxury operations and inventory control experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience training associates.
  • Understanding of loss-prevention practices and inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
