Stock Supervisor - Rodeo Drive

As a Stock Supervisor at our Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive boutique, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring the organization of back of house stock and supply areas. You will act as a key holder and represent the brand as an ambassador, promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace.

• Ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity.
• Monitor stock levels and support activities of client advisors.
• Manage stockroom organization in accordance with company directives and procedures.
• Ensure efficient replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Train new stock keepers on system and stockroom guidelines.
• Participate in daily store meetings to communicate business trends and updates.
• Identify and report store maintenance issues and work closely with Corporate to resolve them.
• Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
• Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
• Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
• Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
• Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies.
• Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.

• 2+ years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Overall organization and attention to detail.
