SummaryAs a Stock Supervisor at our Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive Temp Boutique, you will be responsible for maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise, as well as organizing all back of house stock and supply areas. You will ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity and support client advisors in their activities.
Responsibilities- Ensure efficient stockroom organization and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
- Act as a role model by providing the highest level of client service and representing the brand as an ambassador.
- Manage stockroom organization in accordance with company directives and procedures.
- Train new stock keepers on system and stockroom guidelines.
- Participate in daily store meetings to communicate business trends and motivate employees.
- Identify and report store maintenance issues to Corporate.
- Oversee receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
- Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
- Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention measures.
- Communicate daily on article rotation and propose remedial measures.
- Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies.
- Support cash procedures and operations as needed.
- Manage inter-store transfers, RTVs, damages, and client purchases.
- Order and coordinate delivery of office supplies and manage staff uniforms.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
- Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
