Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Supervisor at our Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive boutique, you will be responsible for maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise, as well as organizing all back of house stock and supply areas. You will ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity and support client advisors in their activities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient stockroom organization and merchandise replenishment.
  • Monitor stock levels and support client advisors.
  • Act as a role model for client service and represent the brand as an ambassador.
  • Manage stockroom organization in line with company procedures.
  • Train new stock keepers on system and stockroom guidelines.
  • Participate in daily store meetings and communicate business trends.
  • Identify and report store maintenance issues to Corporate.
  • Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
  • Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
  • Supervise transfers and operations between storage and shop floor.
  • Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
  • Oversee receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to discrepancies.
  • Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail operations experience.
  • Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
