Job Description

Summary

The Stock Supervisor oversees stockroom operations to ensure merchandise is received, processed, and stored to floor-ready standards while supporting the customer experience. This role manages inventory accuracy using RFID and stock management systems, identifies operational improvements, and partners with store leadership on supply and layout. The supervisor also provides on-the-job training and directs the daily activities of the Sales Support Team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage receiving, processing, and handling of shipments to maintain floor-ready standards and accurate inventory.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and supply management using RFID and stock management systems.
  • Supervise and train Sales Support Team members and oversee daily stockroom activities.
  • Organize and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient stockroom layout in coordination with store management.
  • Monitor stock levels, prevent overage, and support store operations and allocation teams with improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and logistics skills with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using RFID and stock management systems.
  • Professional verbal and written communication and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
