Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor partners with the leadership team to ensure the store is prepared to deliver an optimal customer experience. This role oversees inventory accuracy, merchandise processing, and stockroom organization while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and inventory, control overages, maintain budgets, and ensure accuracy using RFID and stock management systems.
• Receive and process shipments according to floor-ready standards and maintain customer goods.
• Train and supervise the Sales Support Team's daily activities where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, collaborating with store management on layout.
• Follow company policies and procedures and meet Store Process Dashboard expectations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
