- Assist with back of house operations, including receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence and organizing boutique inventories.
- Prepare and stock Cash and Wrap stations.
- Assist with gift wrapping and packaging as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
- Provide high-level customer service to colleagues, responding promptly to requests.
- Work efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and notices are current.
- Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
Requirements- Experience in customer service and stock management; retail experience is an asset.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and flexible hours as needed.
