Summary
Support store leadership with shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and housekeeping to maintain product placement and high customer service standards. Participate in replenishment and repair processes and assist with facilities and store readiness for inventory.
Responsibilities
- Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping
- Supervise UPS log, track packages, and arrange hand deliveries
- Report damaged merchandise to management and process incoming repairs
- Arrange merchandise in stock area to store standards and ensure accurate ticketing and censoring
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Prepare store for inventory and maintain inventory readiness
- Order supplies and support store maintenance and facilities
- Clean sales floor and stock area and follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- 2 years professional experience in retail or customer experience; luxury preferred
- High school diploma minimum
- Stock control and selling experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Excel and Word
- Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions
- Strong organizational skills and drive for results
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and work flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Foreign language skill is a plus
