Summary
As a Fendi Stockist at Sawgrass Mills Outlet, you will support store leadership with shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and housekeeping to ensure effective replenishment and product placement. You will maintain inventory readiness and assist with processing repairs and client returns.
Responsibilities
- Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise, prepare items for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping
- Supervise UPS log, track packages, and arrange hand deliveries
- Report damaged merchandise and process incoming repairs, submitting claim paperwork to Corporate
- Arrange and maintain merchandise in the stock area to store standards and ensure accurate ticketing and censoring
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and assist in the repair cycle by contacting clients
- Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies with store leadership, and prepare the store for inventory
- Order store supplies and support operations and maintenance of facilities and fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stock area and follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer experience; luxury experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Experience with stock control, selling, and POS/inventory management functions
- Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Foreign language skills a plus
