Job Description

Summary

As a Store Director at Tiffany in Carmel, you will lead and support the sales and operations of the store to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets. You will embody the LVMH Values, cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and delivering excellence while building spheres of influence within the store, the mall, and the city.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the sales and operations team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and spend.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
  • Hire and develop talent to create a best-in-class service and selling organization.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
