Store Director - Madison Avenue

Summary

The Store Director will lead the new CASA Loewe on Madison Avenue, driving business performance through sales leadership, operations, training, and inventory management. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service, empowering associates to make decisions, and maintaining brand standards across merchandising and store presentation. The Director shares responsibility for the store P&L and ensures compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and empower sales associates to achieve and exceed personal and category sales objectives.
• Lead by example on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
• Manage clienteling efforts and use client books for acquisition and retention.
• Meet category and consignment business goals and support the sales process as needed.
• Handle customer issues and ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Perform daily reporting and analysis and carry out operational procedures per the Retail Handbook.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are met and support implementation of store changes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
• Proficient digital literacy and experience with sales reporting.
• College degree or equivalent experience; foreign languages a plus.
• Ability to empower others, build effective teams, and provide clear feedback.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to mediate and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus.
