Job Description

Summary

As a Store Director at Balenciaga Mall at Millenia, you will be responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to clients, achieving sales and KPIs goals, managing the store team, and ensuring compliance with all processes and guidelines. You will act as a Balenciaga benchmark in your region, driving the store to its full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga behaviors.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
  • Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustaining and promoting the culture of the brand.
  • Ensure all processes are in compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position in the luxury retail industry.
  • Inclusive leadership style and entrepreneurship.
  • High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasiveness.
  • Precision and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability, openness, and dynamic listening abilities.
  • High availability and responsiveness.
