Store Director - Oakridge

Summary

Lead the Vancouver Oakridge store to drive sales, implement operational policies, manage inventory, and deliver elevated customer service in line with brand standards. The Store Director will train and empower associates, oversee visual merchandising, and share responsibility for the store P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives
• Lead on the selling floor by coaching and mentoring the sales team
• Manage clienteling efforts to acquire and retain clients
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures
• Perform daily reporting and sales analysis as directed
• Maintain store visual merchandising guidelines and support changes
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates
• Share responsibility for the store P&L

Requirements

• 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient digital literacy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to empower others and build effective teams
• Ability to mediate and resolve issues
• Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills
• Foreign languages considered a plus
