Summary
The Store Director is responsible for delivering store business goals while sustaining the brand image and client experience at the Sawgrass Mills Outlet. This role leads sales and KPI performance, manages and develops the store team, oversees operations and compliance with headquarters guidelines, and acts as the brand benchmark in the region.
Responsibilities
- Define execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze results and set up daily weekly and monthly assessments
- Recruit develop and retain store talent and provide coaching and appraisal feedback
- Promote brand standards store image and clienteling approach including VIC engagement
- Oversee payroll scheduling attendance and store operations including opening and closing
- Supervise warehouse stock inventory activities and report discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with legal safety security HR and retail processes
- Manage administration accounting petty cash and check reconciliation
- Maintain cost conscious approach when reviewing bills and making expense decisions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position in luxury retail industry
- Experience leading teams of around 20 people and inclusive leadership style
- Strong client focus with ability to engage VIPs and build client loyalty
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans
- Coaching and talent development skills with experience conducting appraisals
- High availability responsiveness adaptability and fashion product sensitivity
- Proficiency in digital tools and retail systems
