Summary

The Store Director leads the Sawgrass Mills Outlet store, driving sales, client experience, and operational excellence. This role develops the team, strengthens client loyalty, and ensures store standards reflect the brand.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor store action plans, sales targets, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze business results, market trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain talent while creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Promote the brand and ensure consistent client service, clienteling, and store presentation standards.
• Oversee store operations, schedules, payroll, administration, inventory, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Three to five years of successful management experience in luxury retail, leading a team of at least 20 people.
