Store Director - Tysons

Summary

The Store Director will lead the Tysons store to drive sales, promote brand engagement and cultivate customer loyalty. This role is responsible for coaching and developing the retail team, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining the brand’s qualitative standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff to support professional growth and performance
• Define and achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets and KPIs
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and conduct yearly assessments
• Provide hands-on sales leadership on the selling floor
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR and internal procedures
• Maintain brand standards for customer experience and store presentation

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of successful managerial retail experience, minimum 4 years
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 people
• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
