Store Director - Wailea

As a Store Director at Saint Laurent Wailea, you will lead a team of dynamic sales professionals, promoting brand engagement and loyalty to achieve business goals. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with headquarters' directions and fostering a positive store culture.

• Ensure professional growth and training of staff with a coaching approach.
• Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Analyze results and set up yearly assessments, including KPIs.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
• Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
• 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10.
• Adaptability, openness, risk-taking, dynamic, listening abilities, curiosity.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
