Store Leader - Vaughan Mills

Summary

Reporting to the Divisional Vice President for Harry Rosen Outlet, the Store Leader will lead the Vaughan Mills outlet store to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and achieve financial targets. This full-time, permanent role is responsible for building and coaching a high-performance team, ensuring product knowledge, and maintaining excellent store operations and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop store team members to achieve performance goals.
• Create an inspiring shopping experience that builds customer loyalty and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and store operations.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory controls.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record leading productive teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing people and future leaders.
• Knowledge and expertise in luxury menswear and footwear.
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurship, and willingness to relocate to Mississauga, Ontario.
