- Implement a culture focused on key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Develop and execute company CRM initiatives and action plans.
- Promote brand awareness and establish market presence through community engagement and store events.
- Ensure store visual standards are met and maintained in partnership with the visual merchandising team.
- Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Lead recruitment processes and build a talent pipeline.
- Provide guidance and feedback to associates through coaching conversations.
- Manage day-to-day store operations to meet key performance indicators and profit expectations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Oversee performance processes and assist in establishing goals for associates.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Schedule effectively to drive sales and manage staff resources.
- Partner with Regional Manager and Human Resources for employee relations issues.
- Promote a culture of belonging and inclusivity.
Requirements- 8+ years of retail experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing others in a customer service environment.
- Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze retail KPIs and on-floor behaviors.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly to business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.

- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
