- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
- Oversee in-store after-sales operations and consignment program.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze reporting and support stock levels for high sell-through.
- Train associates on product knowledge and brand strategy.
- Respond to competitive environment and identify future opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation and employee development.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
- Ability to stand and walk for a majority of a 40-hour workweek.
