Store Manager - Cincinnati Premium Outlets

Summary

The Store Manager leads the Cincinnati Premium Outlets store and oversees its daily operations, team, merchandise, and sales results. This role drives commercial performance while delivering positive, inclusive client experiences and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and use key performance indicators to identify opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships, execute CRM initiatives, and support community engagement and store events.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in partnership with the visual team.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage associates, including performance, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations.
• Oversee store operations, budgets, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, shipments, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of retail experience, including at least 3 years managing others in a customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze retail KPIs and sales reports, identify trends, and respond to business needs.
• Computer skills, including POS and Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
