Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager is the business owner of the store results, accountable for delivering sales and profitability targets while bringing the brand's identity to life. This role leads commercial performance, client development, team leadership, visual and operational standards, and compliance with company policy and local labor law. The manager partners with regional and headquarters teams in merchandising, HR, operations, and marketing to execute store strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by building and executing a store strategy and annual action plan.
• Monitor and report on store KPIs, analyze business and product reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage staffing, schedules, payroll, and store expenses to achieve budget targets.
• Recruit, train, develop, and performance manage store associates to deliver high customer service standards.
• Maintain CRM and client development programs to grow and retain clientele.
• Ensure visual and merchandising standards are implemented and store presentation is maintained.
• Oversee POS accuracy, cash handling, banking procedures, and overall store operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related role, preferably in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven financial management skills and experience reviewing profit and loss.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software and ability to analyze sales reports.
• Leadership skills with experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts; previous client book preferred.
