Store Manager

As a Store Manager at our Larkspur, California location, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, staff, merchandise, and client development. You will ensure exceptional customer service and create a positive, productive work environment in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

• Develop store business strategy, including clientele development and local partnerships.
• Maintain active leadership presence on the sales floor to coach sales associates.
• Drive and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and store KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff members, setting performance goals and objectives.
• Manage operational responsibilities, including inventory management and reporting.

• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales or related field, with at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and POS retail systems.
• Ability to relocate is preferable for career development opportunities.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent required; College Degree Preferred.
