Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. Reporting to the VP of Retail, West Coast, you will support the operations of the store, drive sales targets, and uphold the brand's image and service values.

• Support store operations, including business performance and customer service.
• Drive achievement of store and individual sales targets.
• Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive sales.
• Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books.
• Manage recruiting and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
• Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions.
• Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service to clientele and manage customer relationships.
• Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store.
• Maintain a respectful and fair environment for all associates.

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
• Strong knowledge of products and philosophy of the brand.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
