- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage daily operations and protect company assets through efficient schedule and inventory management.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget.
- Oversee in-store after-sales operations and consignment programs.
- Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor changes as needed.
- Analyze reporting and support stock levels to maintain high sell-through.
- Train associates on current product knowledge and brand strategy.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of Retail Management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation and employee development.
- Results-driven and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
