Summary

Lead the Venice, CA boutique to drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Store Manager will hire, train, and inspire a team of sales specialists while representing the brand in the local community. This role is responsible for visual standards, labor management, event execution, and achieving store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
