Summary

Lead and develop the store team through hands-on management and coaching to ensure an exceptional client experience. Manage the business of two locations, overseeing store operations, budget, and staff costs while identifying and implementing actions to achieve sales goals. Build and sustain client relationships and represent the brand in the local market to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach managers and staff to deliver consistent client service and achieve individual and store targets.
• Recruit, identify and develop talent, and ensure succession planning.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete actions and monitor team performance against targets.
• Maximize the potential of all product categories through merchandising, clienteling, and team collaboration.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, provide on-the-spot coaching, and ensure high standards of floor management.
• Represent the brand in local activities and stay aware of competitive landscape and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing retail teams, preferably across multiple locations.
• Strong coaching, people development, and team organization skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and controlling staff costs.
• Excellent client development skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and act as a brand ambassador.
