The Store Manager leads the daily operation of the Las Vegas Forum boutique and is accountable for achieving sales goals while maintaining the brand’s standards and image. The role oversees client development, store presentation, inventory, expenses, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and control expenses through effective use of available resources.
• Coach staff to deliver exemplary client service, develop client relationships, and meet performance goals.
• Oversee inventory, merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, and overall store organization.
• Manage recruitment, training, personnel development, schedules, meetings, and store operations.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and corporate teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in luxury.
• Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate proactively.
