Summary
Lead daily store operations and drive sales performance while managing and developing a high-performing luxury retail team. Ensure exceptional client service and uphold brand standards across merchandising, operations, and after sales to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance by analyzing metrics and implementing action plans to meet targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and manage valuable client initiatives.
- Collaborate with Assistant Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop store team members.
- Recruit and participate in selection of new team members with HR partners.
- Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, stock consolidation, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee after sales processes including alterations and repairs.
- Control store expenses and contribute to profit and loss management.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Maintain alignment of visual merchandising with corporate guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing a high-volume store and driving results.
- Knowledge of sales, operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to travel and work weekends as required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
