Store Manager

As a Store Manager at MCM in Dallas, TX, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the overall performance of the store. You will lead a high-performance team to achieve sales targets and ensure the store meets the company's visual merchandising standards.

• Oversee sales and performance of the store and each sales associate.
• Collaborate with senior management to maximize sales and margin goals.
• Recommend business strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Analyze and manage sell-through and communicate with division heads on product availability and market trends.
• Enforce security measures and maintain inventory accuracy to achieve optimum shrinkage results.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team through training, coaching, and motivational activities.
• Provide a professional work environment and demonstrate leadership in managing the shop and its employees.
• Create a dynamic environment with high customer service standards.
• Maintain active social relationships with clients and the community.
• Ensure compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.
• Manage operational costs and balance budgetary expenses efficiently.
• Hire and retain a dynamic workforce aligned with customer values and service expectations.
• Manage the selling floor environment through coaching, redirection, and goal setting.
• Build competency plans and learning and development goals for team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in retail management, luxury experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
