Summary

The Store Manager will lead KREWE's Denver boutique, driving sales, KPIs, and an elevated customer experience. This role is responsible for team leadership, operational excellence, visual standards, and local brand activation through events and community engagement. The manager will hire, train, schedule, and inspire a team of sales specialists while acting as a style advisor to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs
• Lead the sales cycle and present product as a style advisor
• Manage labor, create effective schedules, and oversee day-to-day operations
• Hire, train, coach, and develop store team members
• Plan and execute events and local activations to build customer pipeline
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards at all times
• Build external relationships to grow customer and candidate pipelines

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and strong interest in eyewear
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and management experience
• Proven history of exceeding sales expectations and meeting goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and remain flexible in a fast-paced retail environment
