Store Manager - SouthPark Mall

Summary

Responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales and service targets while maintaining high operational and visual standards. The Store Manager will manage store P&L and budgets, drive recruiting and development efforts, and ensure an exceptional and personal customer experience. This role supports a new store opening at SouthPark Mall and requires strong strategic, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a professional store team to meet sales and service objectives
• Set weekly and monthly objectives and drive individual performance improvements
• Recruit and network in the market to attract qualified talent
• Own store P&L and manage budgets including salary, expenses, and inventory
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines and store standards are upheld
• Collaborate with training, HR, and support departments to utilize company resources effectively

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service management role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling capabilities
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
