• Manage overall store operations, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
• Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
• Recruit, induct, and develop staff, fostering a team spirit and teamwork environment.
• Assist sales associates with customer service issues and coach the team to maintain high customer service standards.
• Handle full profit and loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
• Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
• Create staff work schedules and manage planning of paid holidays and absences.

• 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
• Action-oriented and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in resolving issues and strong communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
